I've always loved food, but my interest has grown over the past few years into a full-on passion for cooking and most importantly, eating real food. The moment I realized that healthy eating can taste incredible and actually make you feel really good (rather than being about how you look), everything changed for me. I set out to make cooking & healthy eating accessible to everyone through encouragement, inspiration and delicious, approachable recipes that make people want to cook and eat well. Along my path, I have also developed a deep love and appreciation for the process of cooking, which I now find to be calming, therapeutic and a perfect way to express my creativity and experiment with new ingredients & flavours.
It may take a bit of commitment and planning, but I want to make it as easy as possible for you. Here you'll find all kinds of sweet & savoury recipes, many of them gluten-free, refined-sugar free and occasionally vegan. I love vegetables and gluten-free treats but I also love butter (especially when browned), sea salt chips and fresh sourdough bread. I don't stick to any particular diet - I just eat what makes me feel best after years of experimenting & playing around in the kitchen.
